Jamie is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner with a lifelong passion for sports, fitness, and human movement. Growing up involved in athletics, she developed an early appreciation for how the body moves, adapts, and recovers from injury. This interest naturally evolved into a career dedicated to helping others improve their movement, manage pain, and achieve their health goals through osteopathic manual therapy.

She earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University, graduating in 2022. During her undergraduate education, she developed a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, exercise physiology, and human movement sciences. Following her undergraduate degree, Jamie pursued four years of education at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, graduating with a Master in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). The program trains practitioners to identify and address restrictions throughout the body, with the goal of restoring optimal motion and supporting the body’s natural ability to self-heal and regulate.

Jamie believes that every patient deserves personalized care. She takes the time to understand each individual’s concerns, lifestyle, and goals before developing a treatment approach tailored to their needs.

Liam is a CSCS-Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. A former competitive athlete with over 20 years of experience across multiple high-level sports, he’s spent the past 15+ years training seriously himself, bringing that same discipline into every session he coaches.

Before coaching, Liam spent several years in the corporate world as a financial advisor for a major Canadian bank and a private equity investment firm. Wanting more than career stability, he left the business world behind to build a practice around two of his most consistent passions: helping others and building strength.

Today, Liam works with clients across the full spectrum, from beginners to high-performance athletes, with extensive experience training young athletes as they build strength and confidence.
